Workout- 2 miles on the books for this evening
Pounds lost – 1
Had a beautifully lazy and cozy night with my kids yesterday. Made them the famous Rochester Garbage Plate (I didn’t eat it) for supper and we were all in bed by 8. I love the fall!!
Tonight I need to run 2 miles. I am going to try and do some intervals of sprinting….even if it’s just 30 seconds at a time. If I can start to run consistent 10 minute miles before I start my real half marathon training I will be happy.
